Chocolate Crunch by Lucia S.

Ingredients:

-180 g butter
-1 cup cornflakes
-1 cup desiccated coconut
-3/4 cup caster sugar
-1 cup self-raising flour
-2 tablespoons cocoa

Method:

First, put butter in a small bowl. Cover with paper towel.

Then, microwave it on medium (50%) for 2-1/2 minutes, until it melts.

After, put cornflakes, coconut, sugar in a bowl.

Next, sift in flour and cocoa.

Later, add meltea butter. Mix well.

After that, press firmly into greased 20cm square dish.

Then, microwave on medium high (90%) for 5 minutes.
