                     CANADIAN PANCAKES


Canadian pancakes are small and puffy with crisp edges. 
In Canada, people often eat them for breakfast.  
for 8-10 pancakes.
1 45g / 50z plain flour
2 Tea spoons  baking powder 
a pinch of salt
1 Egg
4 Table spoons vegetable oil 300 ml 1/2 pint milk maple syrup


1 First,sift the flour, baking pow der and  salt into a mixing bowul, then use a spoon to make a well in the middle.


2 Next, carefully break the egg into another bowl. Whisk it with


3 Later, beat the egg mixture into the flour, a little at a  time, until every thing is mixed and makes a smooth batter.

4 After that, pour the remaining two tablespoons of oil into a flying pan an heat it until afaint haze rises frome de the pan.

5.Then, carefully spoon twuo tablespoons of batter into the pan to make one pancake.Add batter to make more.

6.Naw, cook the pancakes for about a minute on one side.when they begin to bubble, turn then orer with a spatula.

7.Finally cook the pancakes for another minute, until they PUFF
up. Lift them at of the panonto a warm plate.
