Rock cakes By Maddi

INGREDIENTS

240 grammes of flour,2 teaspons of baking powaer,1 teaspoons of mixed spile,120 grammes of butter,120 grammes of sugar,30 grammes of raisins and candied peel,4-5 tablespoons of orange juice.

METHOD

First, grease a baking tray.Preheat the oven to 210ºc.

Next mix the flour the baking powdr and the mixed spice.Rub in the butter.

Later,add the sugar,the raising,the candied peel and the orange juice

Then,shape the mixture into small heapes.Put them on the baking tray Sprinkle them with sugar.

Finally bake for 12 minutes.serbe after 30 minutes.
