Flapjacks by Jonma

                  

                                                                        FLAPJACKS
                                       



              These little cereal cakes are so easy make. They' re great to eat at break.




                  INGREDIENTS:
            
                  225 grammes butter
  
                 85 grammes sugar

                 2 tablespoon honey

                340 grammes porridge's oats pinch of salt

                115 raisins




               First melt the butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan.
               Turn off the heat.


              Then add the porridge oats, the salt and raisins. Mix well.


              Put the mixture into a greased oven dish. Flatter with a spoon.
             Bake at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.

         
             Finish cut the flapjacks into rectangles. Eat after 30 minutes.Resultado de imagen de flapjack
