Lemon sorbet by Paula

                         Lemon sorbet 

                                               Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
Salt
1 cup water 
1/2 cup cream 
1/2 cup lemon juice 
2 egg whites 

Method:

First, mix the 3 or 4 cups of sugar salt with the water. Boil it and then simmer it for 5 minutes. Put it in the refrigerator.

Next, add the cream with the lemon juice, put it in a plastic bag. Then, freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.

Later, beat the eggs and add 1/4 cup of sugar. Beat the mixture. 

After that, break the frozen mixture with a fork. Mix it with the eggs.
