SHORTBREAD BY JULEN SUAREZ

INGREDIENTS:
225g butter
110g sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon salt


1-First beat the butter. Slowly add the sugar and beat.

2-Next add the almond extract flour and salt.

3-Later put in the refrigerate two hours.

4-After that put the mixture into a greased baking tray. Prick the surface with a fork. Cut into small rectangles.
5-Finally bake at 150ยบ C for 30 minutes.
