Lemon sorbet by Paula

                         Lemon sorbet 

                                               Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
Salt
1 cup water 
1/2 cup cream 
1/2 cup lemon juice 
2 egg whites 

Method:

First, mix the 3 or 4 cups of sugar salt with the water. Boil it and then simmer it for 5 minutes. Put it in the refrigerator.

Next, add the cream with the lemon juice, put it in a plastic bag. Then, freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.

Later, beat the eggs and add 1/4 cup of sugar. Beat the mixture. 

After that, break the frozen mixture with a fork. Mix it with the eggs.

She is Canadian. Avril is a singer and she sang gospel music when she was a child, but now she prefers rock and roll. Avril has got a twin brother, Matthew, and a sister aged 24, Michelle. Her hobbies are hockey, skateboarding, baseball and shopping. "I don't want to be ordinary. I want to be the centre of attention", she says.

             Chocolate truffles

               Ingredients:

-50 grams sugar

-50 grams chocolate

-2 tablespoons chocolate powder

-100 grams muesli

-50 grams butter 

-2 tablespoons orange juice

             Method:

Firts, mix the muesli and sugar in a bowl.

Next, rub the butter into the mixture with your fingers.

Later, grate the chocolate into the mixture. Add the orange 

juice. Mix the ingredients.

After that, flatten the mixture into the bottom of the fridge for eigth hours.

Finally, shape the mixture into  small balls and roll in chocolate powder.

 Suddenly the man in the moon is in your room.



 

 He takes your hand. You put on your jeans and T-shirt. You get into a spaceship. 
 


He takes you to the moon. There are lots of people. They are dancing rock "n" roll. You dance with them.

 

 Suddenly, you hear a noise. You listen to carefully. It's the alarm clock. You get out of bed. You are wearing your jeans and T-shirt.
